The nurse had the nerve to YELL my TWO year old!! never met a nurse that was so rude and disrespectful!! I love the gallaguers But Stan needs new nurses!! Took everything I had in me not to say anything to this woman. Disgusted me how she treated me and my daughter.. my two year old seen her father walk back to the hallway and my daughter got to the entrance she this two years old....this women yelled at my daughter before she even got in the hallway!
Nurses were pretty rude in the ER. Made me feel like they didnt want to see me or that I should be seen elsewhere. Im not sure I want to deliver my son here if this is how the nurses treat their patients. They definitely need to work on their people skills and learn some manners or have some respect for their patients. They lack it completely. These nurses might as well be working for IHS if they dont like their job. But even at IHS, the nurses arent this rude!?
I'm a easy going person but the time spent having to deal with HER because ONLY KIM can .... I cannot deal with this company any more.
I've had the same doctor for over twenty years. Sadly he has moved to this hospitals employ. I have never been so frustrated with a company regarding billing. Mind you, my needs are simple. I don't have huge bills and I always pay my bills. But they don't always apply those payments and when you try and resolve the matter, KIM, is RUDE to you. VERY RUDE. The lady clearly doesn't know how to do her job. It's pathetic how incapable that women is.
